Eye2Eye
Mission
Eye2Eye aims to help students gain real-world insights on navigating diverse fields while identifying and exploring solutions to the inequality issues within them. Alongside peers and mentors, members develop skills transferable across industries through published research projects, various workshops, and an annual spring conference led by professionals.
About
Eye2Eye is a student-run nonprofit service and a sister organization of Alpha Kappa Psi’s Nu Chapter, focused on the furthering of equality amongst all people in the workplace and educational institutions. Eye2Eye was founded by students in Alpha Kappa Psi’s Nu Chapter at Boston University in 2016. The founders’ own experiences of workplace and collegiate discrimination shaped their drive to end inequality. They encountered prejudice such as gender bias across a multitude of industries, as well as within the business school at Boston University. These experiences, coupled with eye-opening research conducted by organizations such as the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC), inspired the team to create Eye2Eye.
Membership is available to all BU students eager to build their leadership skills, learn about issues across industries, and discuss not only how to solve these problems, but also how to thrive in these fields as they constantly evolve.
